There is still no word on the list for Ummul Qura University in Makkah.

You should begin the process of getting your visa from the Saudi embassy immediately. If you did not get the letter from the university yet, it may be coming late or may never reach at all. So call the embassy and ask them what to do next.
If you did not find your name on this list and were anticipating your acceptance, it is possible your application is being held for next year (academic year of 2012/2013), especially if you applied after January 2011.

Do you have any information why there are no accepted students from Macedonia and Kosovo? These two countries can not be found on the site.
Wa alaikum assalam,
The list for Umul-Qura gets posted in the university administration building, not online. It is usually posted after Hajj. So to find out about it, you must have someone go there and see the list when it comes out.
I have no idea why certain countries are not on the university website. You would have to find out from the university why they did not accept anyone from those countries, or why those countries are not listed.
